Service Description
Four 60 min. classes over 4 weeks. Designed to inform students of yoga benefits and yoga terminology, Holy Yoga philosophy, breath work, scripture meditation, in depth instruction of the primary poses, and experiential worship through a Gentle class. Price is per student for entire series. Discount available for groups of 10 or more.
